Measurements on the reality of the wavefunction

Interesting look at the limits placed by a realist view (an Ontological model) of quantum mechanics on overlapping states… if I parse it correctly (which I most likely don’t just yet), then these results are against a realist (hidden-variable) type interpretation of the wavefunction. The root of this behaviour is the difference between a quantum overlap integral and the overlap of (classical) measurement probability distributions.

Seems entirely reasonable, although requires a lot more thinking just now…
